There are many ways in which to measure our success, but customer satisfaction is the most important measurement.

Triple ‘S’ has over forty pest and termite technicians and related personnel in the field every day. 100% of our field personnel are state registered or certified and have an average tenure of over five years. All service personnel receive continuous training on the products, techniques and service protocols prepared by our service management team and staff entomologist. Such experience and commitment to education equals qualified professionals providing careful solutions for your pest problems and peace of mind for you and your family.

Our office staff is well-trained, customer-oriented and eager to assist our customers with all of their service needs. Our customer service representatives are trained to meet the specific needs of customers so that each encounter is as efficient, quick and accurate as possible.

Our commercial and residential sales representatives are continuously trained in the principals of Integrated Pest Management, pest identifications and pest solutions. They are dedicated to finding and implementing the best and safest solutions for your home and family. 100% of our sales staff is state registered or certified and receives the same training as our technical and field staff.
